AI Prime 16HD Fuge Aquarium LED – Black – AquaIlluminationThe main driver of primary production in most ecosystems is photosynthesis.Plants, ranging from miniscule phytoplankton to hulking mangroves, carry out the bulk of photosynthesis in most ecosystems.Since each plant species is adapted to the particular light conditions of its natural habitat, growth rates are highest under specific types of illumination.Very different lighting is required in different applications. To obtain optimal health and yield, artificial lighting should meet these criteria as closely as possible. An artificial lighting system must also be sufficiently intense. Perhaps most importantly, it should also generate the right balance of light wavelength. The AI Fuge Light is specially designed for excellent performanceandcontrollability in planted refugium applications. Where very bright light must pass through deep waters or shady plant canopies, and the spectral output should be as fitting for plants/algae as possible, the AI Fuge refugium grow light excels.BLUETOOTH VIA BLE – NO MORE WIFIThe myAI app will connect through your phone to the AI LED using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in order to setup and program schedules and settings.Designed specially to promote plant growth, the AquaIllumination Fuge Light is appropriate in almost anyrefugium application. Though it is quite compact, this advanced LED grow light is significantly more powerful than other aquarium refugium lights. This specialized fixture delivers high-intensity lighting with an emphasis on the red spectra for healthy plant growth. The result is lush, fast-growing foliage over the entire plant or vegetative mass. The range of LED colors includes Cool White (CREE XP-G2), Photo Red (CREE XP-E), Red (CREE XP-E2) and UV (Liteon 430nm). Includes power supply.
